Intro

These examples are from my first year ever working with stoneware clay.  After this class, I decided to add to my business major and become an art major because I found my passion for pottery.

These examples show how I became acquainted with the clay. They include examples of an 8" high hand-built flower pot, a 7" tall slab box, and smaller wheel thrown bowls and mugs.

I still enjoy experimenting with dipping glazes and using wax resist in unique ways to add another textural and decorative/design element to my work.
